This hotel was fairly clean and reasonably large. Beautifully maintained and fashionable room, a shower and a bath in the room. Very attentive personnel specially the FB manager, very comfy bed. Location really close to Hurghada and Soma Bay and the sea in one direction and the Red Sea mountains in the other and the beautiful "Gary Player" golf course.

The hotel is clean and fascinating. the staff, especially the FB manager, are consistently courteous and pleasant. the room is luxurious with a sea view, and it's a good walk from the lobby. Great choice for a trip.

Beautiful setting, friendly staff, good facilites and variety. Wonderful spa.
Guests taking items from breakfast buffet for lunch (in paper napkins) has the potenial to make the resort feel like a 3-star. The resort should discourage / disallow this. It's cheap on the part of the guests. I recommend guests keep pool towels during their stay / have token system to avoid such a big waste and environmental impact.

The breakfasts were fantastic, served with real napkins and hot dishes. We also enjoyed a nice dinner at the on-site restaurant. the location is absolutely stunning, and the room was pretty clean. 🌟

Its getting better and better and the new manager is actively keeping an eye on everything and little problems are quickly arranged just like the place ,its very relaxing, the sea is fabulous and the beach is the best in egypt and the service on the beach improved a lot food is also improving and the chef paolo keeps a tight ship will definitely be back

My stay was excellent for one night. the rooms were spotless and huge. - the staff was exceptionally nice. - the location was great, close to a beautiful coral reef and a stunning beach area. - Soma Bay district was worth staying in.
